A full-flavored wine with terrific acidity exhibiting tropical notes of peach, apple, citrus, white flowers and nuts. Smooth, lush and juicy, balanced and rich.
After fermentation, the fruit spent six weeks on lees, then underwent secondary malolactic fermentation, and was barrel aged for 10 months in 30% new and neutral Burgundian oak.
